A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Welcome to CornerBooks where we believe for every reader there is a perfect book, and for every book a perfect reader!

You're a fanfic fanatic and want nothing more than to have a mutual discussion about your favorite fic with your best friend Diante, longtime fanfic hater. When you agree to work at Diante's family bookstore, they strike a deal with you: help enough customers find their perfect book and they will read the latest fic you can't stop raving about.
You may not enjoy the kind of stories sold at the shop, but if you put yourself into the customers' position, you're certain to succeed. It's all a matter of perspective, and you're determined to get Diante to see yours.

A short visual novel where you ask customers questions, choose the books you think they'll like best, and beg your friend to read your choice of fanfiction.

This is amazing. The characters are so cool and they like such different things but get along so well. I loved how random the fanfic choices were at the beginning (this truly explained fanfiction), there is so much for everyone to read. The customers were all so cool, trying to find out what they wanted. The art in this is so cool, I loved the bookshop, helping people find their book. It was so sweet. Some were a bit more difficult to work out than others but it was so cool, working in the bookshop, trying to get the perfect books for their reader. And force Diante to read the fanfic!

The fact they wrote a fanfic for their friend was just perfect. They were so sweet and cool. I really loved their friendship, the fact they both like different things but will listen to the other talk about it happily.

This game is  so cool, its sweet, fun and short. A really interesting story. The art was amazing :)

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts! I'm glad you had fun and liked the friendship :) It was important to me that, even though they both annoy each other at times, at the end of the day they really truly enjoy each other's company and don't mind listening to the other ramble about their interests. There's a certain charm when someone is talking about something they love, even if that thing is a hyper-specific choice of fanfic

becoming one of my favorite vns to recommend to friends recently. still absolutely adore this!! hope you keep it up!!

i loved this so much. the customers & the book-choosing & most of all DIANTE! also i just want to say specifically that diante going from the standing sprite to then sprawling on the couch looks so good 💯

Thank you!! I am SO glad my partner was willing to sketch two Diante poses because I think the pose switch truly elevates the entire game. Plus, the world could always use more Diante, haha
